I went in to see if I needed a new Samsung tablet because it stopped working. I didn't know if the repair would be cheaper than buying a new tablet, but was surprised that after spending an our checking out the software issues, Kelsey didn't charge me anything and I left with my tablet working perfectly. She went above and beyond friendly, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this establishment. 5 stars in my book.
