Unfortunately, we were not at all happy with the service we received here. We took in our laptop because the hard drive crashed. We were told it should be be replaced in 1 hour. It took almost 2 weeks! We were also not correctly notified and messages were never left because they thought it was a business phone number. We had to call ourselves and email. When we finally picked it up we were told the memory could not be saved, which we thought was a possibility l. We asked for the hard drive back and they said they threw it away! Then, after I sent a complaint letter they suddenly "found" the hard drive. They sent it to us with some screws. We saw that screws were missing from the laptop and we couldn't get them back in to stay. Now the laptop keeps popping open. This was not like this when we brought it there. We sent a complaint email and really didn't get any response besides saying our hard drive was suddenly found. We will not be going back here and we suggest you try another location before going here. For our troubles gave us $10 off, which is a joke for giving us a laptop back after 2 weeks with the casing of laptop now popping up.
